Admissions

Application and Registration – Please submit the completed application to the CCCA office along with the registration fee. This Registration Fee will be refunded if your child(ren) is/are not accepted. The application form includes:
a.    Student application, Health & Permission Forms
b.    Code of Conduct Agreement (Grades 7-12 only)
 

Covenant Agreement – All families must enter a covenant with CCCA to complete the enrolment process. This is a “Parental Understanding and Commitment” Form, which states that parents agree with the policies of the school. Included in the covenant agreement is the CCCA “statement of Christian faith”. By signing the covenant agreement, parents partner with CCCA to uphold the school’s Christian foundation.
 

Reference letters – Applicants are asked to submit two reference letters.
 

Family Interview – An interview is scheduled with the Principal. The interview includes parents and students.

Final Acceptance – The Principal and board makes the final decision regarding acceptance, and parents will be notified approximately two weeks after receiving the full application and interviewing.
